Our support days are designed to help you progress your business qualification and get valuable face-to-face time with our friendly CTS assessors.

Each support day consists of a unit presentation in the morning and general assistance in the afternoon. Students are welcome to attend the day regardless of the unit they are working on.

Releasing students to attend monthly support days is a great way for employers to provide their trainees with focused study time!

  • A laptop or device to work on.
  • A copy of your learning resource for the unit (ebook or hard copy).
  • Your study notebook to take notes.
  • Questions for your assessor.
